Eileen and Dan have been together a long time. They met 11 years ago at the University and have been married for 6 years. They waited a long time before starting a family because they wanted to grow as a couple first. Then, the time came when they felt ready - and here they are, taking a beautiful maternity photos before they welcome this baby into the world.

The picture on the left was when they were just focusing on each other. They were gently whispering to each other, making an eye contact, and I was circling around them taking photos. Everything and everywhere was quiet. I was quiet. And there was just them. Eileen and Dan. It was the most memorable moment as a photographer because I really stepped into part of their love, connection, and emotion. I believe that this kind of deeper relationship gets built up many years after marriage- as Eileen said, after growing as a couple. I can’t be happier for them to meet the baby soon, who will strengthen and deepen their love even more.
