Although photography has been my hobby for 15+ years, I never had a thought of becoming a professional photographer. Until, one day, when I gave my sister the photos I took from her wedding and she said,
“Oh, I love your photos more than my photographer’s photos.”

I don’t believe I had a better gear or a better skill set than the professional wedding photographer my sister hired. To me, his photos were great. But why did my sister feel that way? It’s probably because she and I had a deeper relationship. I knew what matters to her more and was able to capture that.
So, here's how I work /
I want to know what matters to you. What's on your heart? What part of the wedding is important to you? I want to care for you with a sincere heart. I want you to feel like I’m your older sister who deeply cares for you and loves you and wishes the best for you. I believe good photos come out from that kind of heart. I want to look at you and observe you with the eyes of my heart to capture what is important to you.

To me, photos are not just about capturing what is seen. It's about encapsulating the story with so much feelings and love in one still image. So when a series of image is viewed together, the full story can be told.

The first thing I will suggest when you reach out to me is to jump on a call with me or have an in-person meeting. There, we will talk about anything and everything you want to let me know.

Your unique love story is an inspiration for me to create art
Most of my energy goes into people I love and care about, which includes my husband, David, and our two little kiddos, Levi and Abby, and friends. My small family rarely have dinner time by ourselves - we love to invite our friends over and cook for them or invite ourselves over so we can spend time with our friends over the dinner table.

I am also a home body. I love to be at my comfortable space and read novels, watch K-dramas, or deeply focus on my artwork, or flip through fashion magazines for any inspiration for my photography.
A COMFORTABLE SPACE
I love filling my days with some big laughs. Being silly and goofy with my kids is one of my favorite thing to do. I love dancing with them in the living room until I get so exhausted.

I want to tell you that your wedding planning journey will be so much fun. And yes, it can absolutely be fun. But honestly, I've witnessed many many horror stories. Usually, because of lack of client service.
